OCCON operates at a premium level – but typically at lower cost than large consulting firms, because we do not staff projects with junior consultants. Every mandate is handled directly by the managing directors. We discuss specific fees in a free initial call after assessing your needs.
In freight tenders, we typically achieve 8–22% cost reduction, depending on transport volume, carrier mix and the existing optimisation level. Network redesigns or consolidation measures can go beyond that. One important point: savings that are not realised do not count – which is why we accompany implementation and controlling.
A focused freight tender (including carrier market analysis, tendering via u-tender and award) typically takes 8–12 weeks. Network optimisations or building a freight controlling system can be realised within 3–6 months. Larger transformations take longer – but we plan interim milestones so you see first results early.
