Working Together

Three Solutions.
One Principle: We Deliver Ourselves.

Strategy and execution in-house, permanently handing over leadership, or taking on responsibility temporarily until you make your own hire. In all three cases: one of us is personally involved. No team of junior consultants, no broker.
No Brokerage – we deliver ourselves
No Broker Commission
Two Managing Directors – quality stays consistent, even through handovers
Your Decision

Which Solution Fits Your Situation?

Project-Driven

Consulting & Performance

You want to keep control, but move faster with external strategy and execution expertise.

Permanent

Outsourcing

You have no team, too small a team, or the know-how is permanently missing — OCCON takes over the process as an extension of your organization.

Temporary

Interim Management

You need leadership on a temporary basis — until a vacancy is filled, a successor is found, or an acute situation is resolved.

The Difference

Common Questions About
Choosing the Right Fit.

Yes, at any point during or at the end of the mandate. If a permanent hire turns out not to be the right solution, we simply continue the same responsibility under our Outsourcing model – no new selection process, and no change in your point of contact.
That's exactly what the free initial call is for: we work out together whether your situation calls for a strategy or a specific project, a permanent takeover, or leadership on a temporary basis.
Both work. Some clients come to us with a clearly defined tender project – a freight, warehousing, or category-specific procurement tender, for example. Others need an overarching strategy first, from which individual projects are then derived. We work that out in the initial call.
In practice, yes – some mandates start as an interim bridge and evolve into a permanent Outsourcing model once it becomes clear that a permanent hire isn't actually necessary.
