In most cases, we can begin within two weeks of contract signature. Our onboarding process is structured and efficient we've done it many times. For urgent situations (M&A timelines, departing team members), we can mobilise faster.
No. All final decisions remain with you. We manage the execution, prepare the analysis, run the tenders, and deliver recommendations but award decisions, supplier relationships, and strategic direction stay in your hands. We make you better informed, not less in control.
Our core expertise is transport and logistics procurement (sea, air, road, rail, parcel, short sea, warehousing), as well as indirect and direct goods procurement. We also cover packaging materials, raw materials, and selected services categories. If you're unsure, ask us we'll be honest about where we can add value.
We can work with your existing ERP and procurement systems. u-tender is our preferred platform for tendering and analysis it significantly speeds up delivery but we adapt to your environment where needed. Integration with SAP and other systems is standard practice for us.

You get continuity (qualified backup if someone is unavailable), structured processes, and accountability for results not just an individual's availability.
We don't work from a standard price list. Our proposals are based on scope, complexity, and duration calculated on effort. For recurring outsourcing arrangements, we also offer retainer-based models. The initial call is free and gives you a realistic picture of investment vs. expected savings.
