Two Managing Directors.
No Pool Behind Them.
Managing Director:
Sabrina Bähr
Every healthy company needs that one person who not only knows the direction to take but also takes action and isn’t afraid to take a firm stand. At OCCON, that person is Sabrina.
Sabrina’s expertise in logistics and related fields dates back to her time before OCCON. While working as a consultant for the pharmaceutical and automotive industries, she quickly grasped what the “industry giants” needed to operate efficiently and showed them exactly what matters most.
Uncompromisingly transparent project management and clear communication, both internal and external, are the keys to her success in strategic projects.
What drives Sabrina? Delivering sustainable, independent solutions for her clients. To make this happen, she prioritizes creating an environment of honesty and trust in her partnerships, a dynamic where communication is open and direct (and where she isn’t afraid to address the tough issues head-on when necessary). It’s like a professional friendship, if you will.
In her personal life, Sabrina has a passion for horsepower. When she isn’t busy handling high-performance engines, she’s pushing her limits with sports. After all, it’s all about a healthy mind and a healthy body, and so on.
Managing Director:
JOACHIM STELLNER
As the saying goes: a good Managing Director rarely comes alone.
Joachim was active in the consulting industry long before founding OCCON. His areas of expertise span everything from the chemical sector to consulting in transport procurement.
With a strong methodological and strategic approach, he plays a pivotal role in solving even the most complex client challenges, often in a way that leaves clients wondering why they hadn’t thought of the solution themselves.
What drives Joachim? Making life and work easier for clients through product development. Delivering “aha moments” is all part of the service for him and is an integral part of his 360° consulting approach.
His hobbies? Pool and darts, smart financial strategies, and traveling the world.
