Meet our Team

Our management team consists of the two founders Sabrina Bähr and Joachim Stellner and the head of the Turkey office Ege Baydu. After starting the company in 2007 the two started to build up a team of experts and specialists. OCCON’s success is built around its people, their experience, motivation, and expertise. The team consists of over 20 international supply chain, logistics, and IT professionals. Together they bring incomparable experience and expertise across all areas of procurement and logistics. OCCON is managed on an eye-to-eye level with flat hierarchies. We want to work together with our team to find the perfect solutions for our customers, together we can achieve the flexibility and innovativeness needed in our line of business.
